January *February – Membership Drive

Annual membership drive begins January through March for members looking to renew their membership. Of course, all are welcome and new members can join throughout the year.

January *February – Membership Drive

S.P.N.A brings early childhood professionals together for networking and support. Our organization helps to eliminate isolation, supports professional growth and advocacy, and provides monthly trainings to satisfy 15 clock hours mandated by the state of Illinois.


April – Pinning Ceremony

S.P.N.A. annual pinning ceremony welcomes new members into our family, acknowledges returning members as they receive their membership pins.

June – S.P.N.A. Graduation

S.P.N.A. hosts an annual graduation for family child care programs that are too small to offer a full ceremony for families (generally less than 10 children).

Jan – Dec S.P.N.A. Fundraisers

S.P.N.A. hosts fundraisers throughout the year. Business owners that offer quality services are encouraged to place an ad in our quarterly newsletter that is distributed to over 100 child care businesses and posted on our website.


Amazon Smile is another way we you can support our organization, when making an Amazon purchase select Supporting Providers Association as your charity.

August – S.P.N.A. Back to School Festival

SPNA sponsors a back-to-school festival to bring families together for a day of fun and networking. Free Books bags are distributed to children entering school to ease the financial burden for parents.

September – Annual Leadership Conference

Annual Leadership Conference is a series of trainings in which the overarching goal is to enhance the capacity for individuals to become active in leadership roles. The training is designed to build relationships within the organization, inspire and motivate members to action.

SPNA Quarterly Newsletter

SPNA offers quality trainings to satisfy 15 clock hours mandated by the state. We are a training entity with Gateways and all trainings are updated on your portal once completed. Workshops for members are free Non-members $10 donation
