S.P.N.A brings early childhood professionals together for networking and support. Our organization helps to eliminate isolation, supports professional growth and advocacy, and provides monthly trainings to satisfy 15 clock hours mandated by the state of Illinois.

Annual Leadership Conference is a series of trainings in which the overarching goal is to enhance the capacity for individuals to become active in leadership roles. The training is designed to build relationships within the organization, inspire and motivate members to action.
